We never expect an accident to happen either to ourselves nor everyone else on the road, but this unfortunate moment can happen to anyone of us, perhaps we hit a hidden pothole, misjudge the breaking point or tangling with another rider in the criterium sprint. we sincerely hope that everything is okay 

Second, as a fellow cycling enthusiast we understand well the heart break feeling from the crash and damage your precious health investment. Hence, In winknow bike we want to make sure our beloved customer can get their wheels back for ride quickly. We offer a significant amount of discount on a replacement carbon wheels or its parts.

All discounts are based on suggested retail price. Pricing may vary depending on your location.

More than 3 Years         20% off

Contact us at info@winknowbike.com if you had the unfortunate need to consider a crash replacement.

Crash replacement is only available for the original purchaser of a winknow bike carbon wheels.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Replacement policy applies only to damage caused by structural damage during riding.

Shipping, wheel manufacturing are not included.

Insurance period is based on the purchase date of the original product. The period does not restart when the product is replaced.

We stand behind our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction, but we reserve the right to refuse coverage if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the policy has been abused.

We understand that accidents can happen and we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, please subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The crash replacement policy is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  • The discount is only available to the original purchaser of the product.
  • The discount only applies to carbon rims that are damaged beyond repair due to an accident and does not apply to normal wear and tear.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the accident that caused the damage.
  • The replacement product will be shipped to the customer within a reasonable time, subject to stock availability.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the damaged product.
  • Eligibility for the crash replacement discount will be determined by our customer service team.
