Shipping information

We are always working on providing high quality carbon carbon fiber bicycle goods in consideration of high performance and durability.

We provide global shipping services, and provide various delivery methods. Delivery time and shipping method sometimes is different,this is depending on your address location:

EMS: 15-30 days

FedEx/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days

We usually ship to Japan using EMS, which usually takes 7-10 days to arrive, but there may be a slight delay depending on your delivery address.

Please note that there may be additional delays in delivery time due to customs clearance in the destination country.

(Note:

1. Free delivery is not available for the following remote countries and additional fees apply:

Turkey, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.

2. Free shipping is only available for wheel orders. If you only order accessories and the amount is less than $800, you will need to pay an additional $140 shipping fee.)

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once you place your order, We will arrange the order immediately . If the rims are in stock, they will usually ship within 3 business days. Customization or out of stock orders usually take 10-25 business days. Once your wheels are shipped, we will send you a tracking number (*Courier Service updates for international shipments take 3-5 business days to process).

Please note that if you order an order from overseas, taxes and customs duties may occur in customs, but depending on the country, all taxes will be borne by you.  

Our company cautions carefully to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if you receive any damage or defect, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange an exchange or refund.
