WinKnow Ceramic Bearing Hub

The hub is the heart of the bicycle wheel, and the quality of the hub directly affects the quality of the wheel; WINKNOW's independently developed unique hub is fully automatically cut and processed using Fanuc CNC high-precision machine tools. It has the characteristics of high precision and high flange, which can provide greater lateral rigidity and better stability; Selected sealed ceramic bearings with excellent durability, strong and oversized 17mm thru-axles to cope with any sprint impact, and the use of 6803 and 15267 ceramic bearings helps to extend bearing life and reduce rolling resistance.

4.5mm Carbon Fiber Spokes

WINKNOW uses lightweight 4.5mm carbon fiber wind-breaking spokes, which not only optimize the aerodynamic shape, but also increase the lateral rigidity by 15% compared to 3.2mm spokes, which not only reduces wind resistance but also effectively improves efficiency during acceleration and climbing; the spoke caps use a double locking effect of T-shaped heads and built-in threads, which not only effectively prevents the spokes from spinning, but also each spoke is carefully calibrated and easy to maintain and replace.

Rim Width

The 21mm inner width and 28mm outer width design provide better aerodynamics for 25C or 28C tires and allow the use of wider tires, thus providing better grip and better comfort; the unique geometry of the tubeless system ensures easy installation, direct inflation, and long-lasting pressure, making it compatible with all (tubeless) tires.

More Stiffer and Stability

Compared with the 1:1 weaving method, the tension of each spoke is more uniform and the strength is more than doubled; by increasing the number of spokes on the rear wheel, more balanced driving torque can be provided, so that the wheel rim can maintain better power transmission and riding stability when pedaling; we will not deliberately pursue lightweight by reducing the number of spokes, we believe that every ride of yours will be a perfect and happy journey.

Butterfly pattern

In order to achieve a lighter weight and better acceleration effect, we arrange the carbon cloth layers at a specific angle and combine the unique physical properties of carbon fiber to produce a butterfly texture with special carbon fiber wrapping. This manufacturing method not only reduces the weight of the entire wheel rim, but also strengthens the strength of the wheel rim spokes.

Unique Logo Design

With "diamond quality" as the core concept, combined with the coating process, a precise contrast between highlights and shadows is formed, which metaphorically represents the product's demanding requirements for extreme craftsmanship.

Based on the principle of aerodynamics, the water mark is designed with a 12° dynamic deflection angle. The arc-shaped guide belt from the outer edge to the axis adopts the fluid mechanics surface equation, and the Bezier curve is used to control the gradual rhythm to ensure a coherent optical flow effect during dynamic rotation. Under high-speed riding, a comet-like visual residual effect can be produced to enhance the sense of speed. The unobtrusive UV process is used, which is elegant and stylish.
